All quotations are generated based on customer-provided samples or detailed engineering drawings. We apply standard industrial tolerances to all custom rubber molding and plastic extrusion production. Specific material certifications and testing procedures are available upon request for industrial-grade polymer components. Custom tooling ownership remains with Swastik Udyog unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Delivery terms are ex-works Dhanbad, with shipping arrangements and costs borne by the buyer. Liability for defects is limited to repair or replacement of the faulty component within the warranty period.
